The tangerine color is really starting to fill in especially with the boy. The male looks almost completely different when you compare him to the hatchling photos. It never cease to amaze us how much they change as they grow up. The male is now 2 months old, while the female is one month old. Update 12-18-2011 - Today while cleaning all the tanks, we made a quick video to update you folks on the two hatchlings. The super giant sunglow is the male that mated with another super giant sunglow female in a video below as well. You can see that the siblings inherited some of his traits. The male radar is the father of the two hatchlings below. The video was made to show folks the size differences between super giant and normal sized leopard geckos. One is a super giant tremper sunglow, the other a radar (bell albino eclipse). Now we just have to be patient, as waiting is a big part of this hobby :) In the meantime, we made a video to show you two of our breeder males. Update 1-14-2012 - Happy new year everybody! We started the year off with a few more eggs to incubate. We are fortunate to have mild mannered males in our collection. It's a mild and slow courtship, but that's how we like it here. Update 1-18-2012 - We are currently working on a Snowglow project, and here's a video showing you the pair we are using for it. Now we just have to be patient and hope these eggs are fertile. These eggs are laid by our Radar x Mack Snow Eclipse het Radar pair. They can cover up their eggs very well so you would have to look carefully to not miss them. When she becomes restless, she should lay soon. So for new leopard gecko breeders, if you know your gravid female is close to lay, observe her behavior. We had to uncover them carefully, as you can see in the pictures. Look very carefully, you could barely see them! Prior to us sifting through the laybox medium, the eggs were completely covered. But we couldn't find the eggs, so we carefully dug into the coco fiber. It was pure luck when we noticed she wanted to eat, as she was off food for quite awhile so we knew she had laid. We have a female who just laid two eggs, and we almost didn't see the eggs as they were burried so well under laybox medium. When you have a gravid female, check carefully for eggs as they can dig and bury them very well. Update 2-4-2012 - A quick update, and a tip for new leopard gecko breeders. So we stand by our recommendation earlier to always check the laybox carefully. We can't wait to see what comes out of them! Once again, the eggs were covered very well by the female, we had to really dig in to find them. On another note, our first super giant female laid her eggs yesterday. At this price he won't be available for long, so grab him while you can! For a breeder, he'll be a great robust male with great genetics to create more radars, bell albino het radars, and you can even get into breeding bold/lavender stripe bell albinos. For a hobbyist, he'll make a great pet and should wow anybody that sees him in person. He's a very beautiful bell albino with intense tangerine color on his body (pictures don't do him justice), and 2 stripes down his back along with lavender in the stripes. If you scroll down to the beginning of the News Updates, you'll find pictures of him right out of the egg, and picture & video updates of him every month. He is the beautiful bold stripe bell albino 100% het radar (het eclipse) male that we've posted so much about. Update 2-14-2012 - Happy Valentine's Day everybody! We have put our first ever homegrown gecko up for sale, you can find him under our available page. Update 2-28-2012 - We just posted a giant mack super snow 66% het tremper albino female, 62g with room to grow, and ready to breed! Follow us on Youtube!
